We got to meet the most unique little boy yesterday, he’s with our partner rescue. At first glance, he looks like a regular orange tabby. But take a closer look, & what seems like grease smudges is actually (drumroll)— small mixed tortoiseshell patches!! This little guy has 1:3000 XXY chromosomes.

so often it doesnt get taken seriously until the harm is already done

the amount of times disability needs get put down as too hard, and they don't even try to deal with it, don't even try to use the resources in place

even if you do get someone who accommodates properly, very likely the next batch of staff after handover wont
