We certainly didn't deserve to lose against a very average Derby County. 1st half: I thought not bad although not creating a lot (plenty around me spending the whole half moaning).
2nd half: awful goal then we gradually got worse.

SWR, GWR, TfW and Scotrail all definitely pay their guards commission for excess fares. I expect it's actually all TOCs though. I don't think any of them pay revenue staff (eg travelling inspectors) commission, just the guards.

Incorrect. They are salaried but they get a small commission for excess fares. It varies by the company.
