Oh yikes. My first bite of food problem has been around all of my adult life. I’ve also snored all my life. It wasn’t after I started cpap therapy that sinus drainage and dry throat issues went away. Also nighttime heartburn. I keep thinking I burned my esophagus up with stomach acid in my 20’s.

What’s your symptoms? I have trouble swallowing the first bite of food sometimes, mostly sandwiches like lunchmeat or pulled pork. It feels like the food gets stuck and I have to wait for it to drop before taking another bite. If I convince myself I can swallow the water it often helps.

I told my wife I was pissed how fortified and blocked off the East wing was. I couldn’t walk around the White House like we did a year and a half prior. It just started to look like a fortress. Here it was set up that way for the demo.
