Probably not. My assumption is that it’s one of the automotive airbag suppliers (Autoliv, Joyson). The liquid hydrogen and hydrazine type of rocket propellant that companies like Aerojet use is way too aggressive and not stable over 10 year lifespan of a street vehicle to be used.
