True, but not even necessary for them to be "small". The key to talking about supervised learning (as an example of the valuable AI) depends on talking to people about the datasets that they have/have access to.

What happens when we include the view that research is also team-based? Does this mitigate some of the risk of bringing in new people if we are now building better teams that can do more research? Some researchers might be part of great teams rather than being pushed off funding.
