It’s similar in concept to Twitter/X, in that there are a lot of thought leaders, politicians, authors, etc. you can “follow” and others can follow you. You also have a character limit.

I made a decision recently to stop “feeding the Beast.” I developed an unhealthy reliance on a certain ubiquitous online retailer fueled by convenience and “free shipping.” I started the shift with books. I ordered 4 books from a small local bookstore. How are you defunding the oligarchy?

Fascinating to watch my FB feed drying up as folks migrate to Blue Sky. I’m seeing sports and Friends clips. That’s all the algorithm can dish up now. 😄
