Day 1 Gym sesh done. Nothing too crazy since it's been a while, but it's a first step.

I have goals I want to hit, but first of all I need to stop being...well...me.

I feel like since we're in an age of "do anything even for engagement metrics" that people willingly take things out of context or completely seriously.

Spent last week sleeping too much and having no energy, to this week being unable to sleep and still not having any energy.
