It's a real station. I used Kotohira Station in Kagawa Prefecture as a reference.

There's a famous Kotohira Shrine that has Komainu statues nearby, and there are statues in front of the station as well.

I know it’s classic and cliché, but I’m adding T-Rex as one of my main forms that can be triggered as well.

I’m thinking of doing one with a horse 😆

The first panel shows the transformation already in the process of happening as the human face of Tai has begun to stretch out. Tai brings a hand to his face to feel the impending changes as two question marks float near his head to show his confusion. The second panel shows the beginnings of a tail having burned through the seat of his gray pants, a small flame already lit. At this point as well the orange scales of a Charizard can begin to be seen forming and replacing the human skin. The third panel shows a much more advanced stage as Tai can't help but lift up his gray hoodie to show the much large belly of a Charizard growing under it. The tail from the previous panel is now thicker and longer, the flame larger to go with it. While his pants are getting severely ripped from the thickening up of the legs. Orange scales now dominate the body, but there are patches of human skin still visible. The fourth and final panel shows a Charizard, with Tai's brown hair, blushing and grasping onto his belly with both clawed hands. An ill fitting gray hoodie adorns the top of the torso, ripped from behind with the sudden appearance of two draconic wings. The remains of what was once a dark gray pair of pants now hanging tattered around his waist and also around his feet. A long and thick tail is seen curving behind him, with a large healthy flame to go with it. The Charizard lets out a huff and is otherwise left speechless as he gazes down at his new form.
