Both of my jobs require me to sit NEAR people having deep conversations that are both 1) way over my head + 2) not anything I care abt. It's weird. Like, I'm not expected to join the conversation (though not not allowed to, but it would be weird), but I can't do anything else with all the talking.

My phone broke yesterday, and overnight google messages signed me out of my browser on my pc. I can't sign back in w/o my phone 🙄

So excited to have the opportunity to talk to a specialist about my deeply traumatic and painful issue that I already missed work to talk to trillium about... in two months. Wonder how far out we'll have to schedule the procedure (if I can afford it, that is).

Hahahaha I thought trillium was calling to talk about the mychart message I sent asking for help (non urgent). Nope! It was to ask me why I wanted a referral to a place that the PA at trillium told me to make an appointment at. Last week.

I can't wait for the gen ai bubble to burst because I'm so sick of having to learn about how absolutely idiotic it is.

Just noticed that when I'm experiencing pain or physical discomfort (chronic-style), my negative self - talk waltzes right in and sets up shop.

That feels like a meaningful thing to notice.
