How is effectiveness determined? I find once rats are removed from my yard (without poison) there is a brief respite then other rats move into the vacant turf. With fertility controlled rats still living 1-2 year lifespans, how do you know they are not just slowly replaced 1-for-1 w/ untreated rats?
