I apologize to everyone close to me when I disappear for a time. I get overwhelmed by life and I cut back and cut back and I cut back, until I feel fine again. Then slowly build up only to repeat the pattern.
I am working with people to help me avoid this, but I still apologize ❤️

It's an envy that can come from looking at others that look amazing (pick your favorite) and thinking "I can never have that" and get bitter about it
Which is a normal, and human emotion. It's fine as long as you don't lash out, and don't let it fester
