And a guy that comes inside video recording people (including children) without consent. The library can't do anything about it because it's considered a public space. They can only do something if he starts creating a disturbance. He posts his videos on You Tube and makes money on them.

Unfortunately, they are there... causing trouble. There's a guy that stands right at the legal distance from the entrance of ours accusing librarians of grooming children.
