There’s not enough attention being paid to the fact that ICE deported a man in a persistent vegetative state

Or the fact that he was perfectly healthy when he was detained, and his family have no idea what was done to him to cause such a severe decline

He died shortly after being deported to Cuba

The deeper these two keep digging their holes, the better chances we have of someone worth while in both spots.

Pains me to say it but I think this is true. Some of my colleagues in the media who’ve stayed on X don’t even realize how badly its noxious algorithm is skewing their perception of politics and reality.

Also, that place seems designed to make you miserable unless you’re a Nazi. It’s just wretched.

You should know that celebrations tonight are not just about one victory. And they aren’t just about one person. Folks do this together. Not because someone swooped in to save them.

People show up for policies worth showing up for. Polls consistently show them as popular. They just aren’t popular among the donor class.
