I'm quite proud of the relationship I've built with my daughters. I think they're pretty open with me about things.

However, when my 16 year old turned to me during this bit of #TheTraitors and laughing, said 'That's me on the second day of my period', I wondered if 'too open' might be a thing. 😂😂

I had a coffee in the evening once, must've been 20 odd years ago. I absolutely could not go to sleep that night and I normally go to sleep fine.

I have avoided coffee after 1400 ever since and am simply not prepared to risk it. Ever again.
