Between buses in Trowbridge I found some nice #PavementPlants for #WildflowerHour Hemp Agrimony, Common Mallow, Thornapple (a lot of it about this year), Michaelmas Daisy and a Snapdragon.

Nice! But colour wasn’t the issue, it’s the narrowness of the petals - about 1mm. I shall see if anyone on the Facebook Wild Flowers site has seen that before.

Calling all Solanum fans - this keys out as S nitidibaccum apart from petal width. Several plants with all petals like this. Plenty of normal-looking, white-flowered nearby. Any ideas, please?
