17.07.2025 15:10 β π 2 π 1 π¬ 0 π 0I failed the challenge, but Iβm a better dev than I was 39 days ago.
Thatβs a W.
#100DaysOfCode might be over.
But the grind isnβt.
Whatβs next?
Still coding.
Still building.
Still figuring shit out.
No promises, no pressureβjust vibes and work, whenever it happens.
If I had to give advice to future me (or you):
14.05.2025 17:07 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Still, I learned a lot.
Learned that discipline isnβt about never slippingβ
Itβs about returning.
Even when I didnβt post, or felt offβI knew I wanted to come back. That matters.
But yeahβburnout crept in.
The dev loop started to feel like a damn treadmill:
Build Django view β hook it up on frontend β repeat.
Monotonous as hell.
There were wins.
I won two hackathons.
Set up Arch on my machine.
Learned Django backend from scratch.
Even shipped parts of a fullstack project.
That ainβt nothing.
Some days, I was on fire.
Across the 39 days I did code, I joined hackathons, tackled tech events, and tried out a bunch of different domains.
It was fun as hell, and I learnt a lot along the way.
I joined βcause a friend was doing it.
And I was like, damnβI need a side quest right now.
Gotta do some shit, build some shit, stay busy.
So I dove in.
Started the challenge thinking Iβd come out the other side a machine.
I didnβt.
I skipped days. Missed weeks.
But I still walked away with a shitload of learningsβsome about code, some about myself.
This threadβs about that.
I failed #100DaysOfCode

Day 39 of #100DaysOfCode.
Late post, but yeahβcoded in the library again. That shitβs actually fun. Realized I waste a ton of time between classes doing nothing, and just sitting with my laptop getting stuff done feels way more productive.
Day 38 of #100DaysOfCode.
Built another feature end-to-endβboth backend and frontend. It's starting to feel a bit monotonous now. Make a Django view, hook it up in the frontend, repeat the damn cycle.
two hackathon dubs, a dozen events, some wins, some skill issuesβbeen a wild two months.
full breakdown + chaos dump over on linkedin. check it out here
Day 37 of #100DaysOfCode.
Built two React pages and a few components today. Faced some more backend connection bullshit, but wrestled through and got everything working.
Day 36 of #100DaysOfCode.
Coded at the college library for the first time today. Pretty wild experienceβtook me three damn hours just to get logout working.
looks super sick!
24.04.2025 17:34 β π 4 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Day 35 of #100DaysOfCode.
Hooked up my Django backend with the Vite frontend. Ran into some fresh issues, but cracked through 'em. Honestly, fun as hell figuring it all out.
Day 34 of #100DaysOfCode.
Back on the anime siteβstarted working on the frontend. Picked up some new Tailwind tricks along the way. Clean UI coming soon.
Day 33 of #100DaysOfCode.
Continued work on the anime siteβauth was already done. Now user info and anime lists are stored and fetched from my own DB, so I donβt have to hit the API every time. Clean and efficient.
Day 32 of #100DaysOfCode.
Had the finals of the cryptography event today. Solved a pigpen + XOR cipher, cracked an RSA-encrypted message, reversed morse code audio, and used a VigenΓ¨re cipher with a key hidden in an imageβs FFT. Couldn't solve the last one, but stillβwild ride.
