This gives back Dems the majority of the state House, 102-101.

RESULT: Democrats have flipped a state Senate seat in Pennsylvania.

Dem James Malone won by 1%, in a red district Trump won by 15%.

This is the second Dem legislative flip in 2025, after a red state Senate seat in Iowa earlier this year.

CBS getting hold of the memo was a scoop, but the headline is wrong.

There's no vulnerabilities in the app itself, according to the memo, but it turns out that if you allow your phone to be compromised then someone can read your @signal.org messages if you haven't set them to autodelete.

Perhaps most importantly, it would appear to decertify all voting machines used in the US, and within 180 days & require states to use systems that meet the recently passed federal standards known as VVSG 2.0. There's just one small problem ... there is not yet any such system on the market.

The Times has to issue a correction here. An Executive order can’t “require” any such thing. Calling it ‘an aggressive push to catch” fraud is bad editorial judgment. The first part is demonstrably false. Those who have any voice to the Times need to demand this. Might as well say pigs fly.
