Remember: Reagan's 1981 firing of air traffic controllers was so devastating in part because labor's overall response was so anemic, which signaled to all bosses that they could act with impunity

It's critical for everyone to remember what an Executive Order is. It is the President communicating orders to members of the executive branch. Policies to pursue, actions to take, etc. They are not laws. They are not close to being laws. They are formalized memos to employees. That's all.

NSA warned of vulnerabilities in Signal app a month before Houthi strike chat
The National Security Agency sent a bulletin in February warning of Russian hackers trying to access encrypted conversations on Signal.
CBS getting hold of the memo was a scoop, but the headline is wrong.
There's no vulnerabilities in the app itself, according to the memo, but it turns out that if you allow your phone to be compromised then someone can read your @signal.org messages if you haven't set them to autodelete.

Trump orders states to require proof of citizenship to vote in federal elections
President Donald Trump's executive order requires voters to provide government-issued documentary proof of citizenship when registering to vote. Election experts said the measure could disenfranchise millions of voters who don't have ready access to documents like passports or other official IDs. They also said the measure is illegal and would prompt litigation.
This is egregiously unacceptable, @washingtonpost.com.
Trump cannot do this. It's illegal. You know it! You say it!
And yet, you *still* give him the headline. This is journalistic malpractice, with democracy hanging in the balance.
