Hashimoto's fam: have you had any success with lowering Thyroid Peroxidase and/or Thyroglobulin Antibodies? If so, how?

Both of my levels have significantly spiked and I'm curious to hear from anyone who may have thoughts on Hashimoto's care beyond just levothyroxine!
