Ain’t that bad, there is some merit, users paste in questions for example, it can pick the correct input based on the question context (number, text area, select, or checkboxes if there is yes / no in the question), the whole process and the forms is written out as a json schema so it’s still lang

It supposed to help the business admins create valid processes, there is a ton of options, but mostly similar approval flows for example..: but it’s just the hype for agentic Ai now … business wants business gets, but at what costs … running the tests alone is a significant amount of tokens

It works sort of with various agents, supervisors … reflective models for each elements of the process, but it’s either high accuracy …. Super low speed like (5 min) or fast and stupid … still in a “nice gimmick” phase

I am working on business process creator with various steps, one step (user input) takes in a form components schema ( with containers and nesting), so i am trying to make Ai build the whole process by itself plus the forms inside if needed, it a complicated schema.

And I ve been doing lang chain and lang graph for past few months, trying to get Ai to create json schema and some actual work not just give me a bunch of gibberish and i can tell you, it only gets harder, now instead of 1 13 year old (Ai) I’ve got the whole class to manage

Just read the story of Dualingo loosing 40% shares value to replacing content and translation creators with AI, corporate wet dreams of replacing humans with AI is just nothing but a wet dream. People want real value and substance not Ai slop …

Tried cursor … it beautifully shows what it’s doing, it’s fixing the TS types, how it thinks about this and that, goes on and on .. it’s beautiful until you see nothing is working and see how much it is costing you to get a bunch of jibberish … still little bit better than the copilot

Everyday I read that it’s da end for human programming … but in reality whenever i tried to do some more complicated tasks / code, it turns out to be a mix of frustration and disappointment. I guess the authors of these posts think about making ui buttons or sth, not actual systems or software.

I would say data engineering is more in demand now, js territory is getting a bit saturated imo. I guess it depends what it sector you are in

Not every company has proper technical knowledgeable engineering manager … usually they are just managers, they see juniors as slow, project holding “assets” but obviously that approach is unsustainable and in the long run you run into either lang or framework lock down
