Took the kids to Magic Kingdom today for Oliver’s first ride on Space Mountain. Right before the re-entry tunnel we came to a stop and then got to experience an evacuation! Spencer, having watched many breakdown videos from @tpmvids.bsky.social, was especially excited.

On every trip to WDW I always try to do at least 1 thing I’ve never done before but this time we did 4. Played the carnival games in Dinorama, watched Wondrous China, Sushi at Shiki Sai in Japan & caught a performance of “Joyful” for Festival of the Holidays. What’s something you’ve yet to do?

No closure dates have been set but Disney understands how important Muppet Vision 3D is and said they are “exploring ways to preserve the film and other parts of the experience for fans to enjoy in the future.”

BREAKING NEWS! Monsters Inc will in fact replace Muppet Courtyard at Hollywood Studios. This new land will be home to the Door Coaster and a brand new theatre show inside Muppet Vision 3D theatre. Then Rock N’Roller Coaster will be rethemed to The Muppets!

Spoke with a lovely Imagineer at Disneyland who said both the Tiana’s Foods trucks at Disneyland and Walt Disney World are authentic vintage vehicles that Imagineers restored. Truly remarkable restoration work!
