I rediscovered some old anime songs on iTunes so now I am entering my chuuni (middle aged) phase.

Every year around Christmas my house sounds like a church, except it’s the church of Mariah.

I was reading The Backyard Bird Chronicle and in it the author mentions her cat, Sagwa. I thought, “wow, she named her cat after the PBS cat show”, but no, I was a clown, the PBS cat show was named after her cat.

I went home and huffed a line of my cat. Something to take the edge off.

I unsubbed Netflix because they didn’t let me share with my mom. I now resubbed to watch Arcane 2.

I finished the sequel to The Wild Robot and the beauty of children’s books is that they are so pure and good and hopeful — exactly what I needed during these trying times.

It sounds like it’s time to buy more :3
