- Celebrating the Entrance Exhibitions, congratulations to this year’s awardees on receiving these prestigious awards, which recognise Trinity students who achieved the highest Leaving Certificate points. This year’s recipients represent students from all 32 counties across Ireland.

At Trinity Global, we started 2026 on a strong note. Some highlights of the month included:
- Hosting Visiting Student and Returning Student Orientation events in the Global Room.
- Celebrating our Visiting Student Welcome Event, thanks to all who helped make the event a success.

⁠2. We were delighted to host our Open Day and meet so many future Trinity students from the island of Ireland and beyond.
3. We attended the Coimbra Group’s 40th-anniversary celebration, represented by Niamh Burke, Siobán O'Brien Green, and Omar Garcia.

Wrapping up November with some highlights from our team:
1. Fantastic to connect with high school counsellors and universities from around the world at the Council of International Schools Global Forum in Seville!

Delighted to welcome representatives from the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and international delegates from the Global Common Services Forum for a tour of Trinity’s Old Library and the iconic Book of Kells. A wonderful opportunity to showcase our heritage and foster global connections.

3. Fiona O'Reilly spoke to prospective students from Northern Ireland about applying to Trinity at the School Summit NI in Lisburn.
4. Honoured to celebrate Turkish National Day with the Turkish Ambassador to Ireland and the founders of the Trinity Turkish Society.

As October comes to a close, here are some highlights:
1. We were delighted to welcome the Board Members and Regional Directors of the Consortium for Advanced Studies Abroad to Trinity.
2. I had the pleasure of giving a talk on Physiotherapy at The Institute of Education’s Futures Fair.

7. We hosted our great Visiting Student Welcome event.
8. Joining Notre Dame Global’s inaugural Global Partners Conference at the University of Notre Dame, USA.

4. Welcoming the new cohort of International Foundation Programme (IFP) students at Marino Institute of Education, @tcddublin.bsky.social 's associated college.
5. Hosting CASA Trinity visiting students during orientation.

September highlights, the Trinity Global team kicking off the academic year:
1. Attending the Ploughing Championships.
2. Thomas Byrne, Minister of State for European Affairs and Defence, visiting our stand at Higher Options.
3. Our team met with the Embassy of Malaysia and UiTM Sarawak.

We were delighted to attend the 2025 International ACAC Conference at Northeastern University.

Teaming up with @ox.ac.uk, we co-led a well-attended session alongside two outstanding counsellors from Hong Kong and Saudi Arabia.

32 Trinity academic and professional staff took part in Staff Training and Teaching Mobilities across Europe and beyond through the Erasmus+ grants.
This programme offers great opportunities for professional growth, networking, and sharing best practices.

Last September we welcomed the first of our students from Gaza as part of our University of Sanctuary scholarship programme.

We’re so very proud of Somaia Abunada, speaking at an event in memory of her sister, poet, Heba Abu Nada, at the Faculty of Divinity, University of Cambridge, last week.

On the occasion of the 2025 Global Ireland Summit in Dublin, we were delighted to welcome many members of Ireland's international diplomatic network.

Flight delays meant I sadly missed it.
