Hello! I'm Ninni, an ace queer fantasy writer working on a fantasy series.

Bonds that aren't romantic are important to me and I love writing different dynamics displaying these bonds with other people like friends, family, pets, but also to yourself.

I wrote one chapter in wbw. That's one more chapter than existed before!

My disney/fairy tales inspired D&D campaign is going swell. Group is great and engaged,

Creative wise, a good month!

In WBW, schools aren't too common. Our MCs live in a small village where it's common one inherits their craft. A family of blacksmiths, cobblers, witches, etc, with some travelling outliers.

That would be Jake with the most crushes. He's one of the few characters who's not aro and will have two crushes throughout the series.

Most other characters are both ace and aro, so there's little of that.

I'm very loose with goals due to easily being burnt out, but I hope to build a consistent writing habit. Maybe once every other day or once a week? I'd love to finish wbw within a year.

First draft! I'd love to finish the first draft within a year!

Birke has five seasons, and the story starts in the season between Winter and Spring.

The five seasons are from old norse with two winter seasons.

Wendy has had peace her whole life and longs for adventure. She grew up hearing about the life her aunt had and wants the same. Adina is from another land and doesn't live in the village, but visits whenever her travels bring her there.

Oliver is just. There

WBW is set in a land where nature is sacred, so they all would.

Oliver would be keen on helping animals, Wendy would help the fauna, and Adina would drive out what is hurting them.

I grew up a girl and I like feminine things but don't like gender roles and shiver at being referred to as a woman. I want to be a dad not a mum, I want to be a bride not a groom.

Found ace at 18. Thought I was lesbian at 25; was not. Thus, ace queer.

Adina's biggest love is herself. She knows her worth and won't allow anyone to step over her. She stands by her principles, bails when she isn't treated right, won't allow anything to stop her from achieving what she wants, and will murder anyone attacking what she holds dear: friends

WBW starts in Birke, a land inspired by old Norse culture and legends. Two of the MC's are part of that culture. One of them is descendant from a bloodline of blacksmiths, and the other is from a bloodline of witches.

Biggest change is to a character named "Alis" who I wanted to be in too much. Her personality was all over the place, her plot relevance was too much, and I ended up splitting her into two separate characters.

Adina and Alis are two well fleshed out characters now.
