Manifest of a Narcissist’s Victim I am a victim of a narcissist. For years I remained silent. 27 years of silence, of being ignored, wounded with words, crushed by indifference, gaslit into doubting my own reality. 27 years of lies, manipulation, and living in the shadow of a man who could play the role of the perfect husband and father in public, while at home leaving me in loneliness and pain. A narcissist always follows the same script: – punishing with silence, – shifting the blame, – playing the victim, – showing the world a mask of the “good man,” – while behind closed doors stripping you of your worth, your dignity, and your voice. I lived this. This is not exaggeration, this is not invention — it is the daily reality of a victim. And when I finally found the courage to speak out, I was struck by something even worse: victim blaming. Instead of hearing: “I see your pain, you have the right to speak,” I was told: “You’re exaggerating, you’re destroying your family, this is your fault.” That is the second wound. The first — inflicted by the narcissist. The second — inflicted by a society that refuses to hear uncomfortable truths, choosing instead to defend the abuser while condemning the abused. The truth is this: emotional wounds may be invisible, but they hurt as deeply as bruises or broken bones. Silence, devaluation, manipulation, and indifference leave scars on the soul that bleed for years. Today I do not write this seeking pity. I write because I have a voice. Because no one has the right to silence a victim who speaks of their pain. Because I know my testimony echoes the voices of thousands who were never heard. This manifesto is my final act of open defiance. I do not seek applause, nor approval. This is my truth, my life, my scars. Let everyone who reads this remember one thing: Victims are not to blame for the harm they suffered. The blame lies with those who cause the harm.
