Also, by time we’re into 2nd half of season, 2nd WC say, when people are chasing, popularity of players ticking over via DC will dip.

I like DC, think it’s a nice addition, but could see people getting bored quickly/price drop etc for Anderson (NFO) unless he starts scoring/assist.

Strikes me that large part of DC/these projections is patience. Cucurella vs Anderson (FUL) as your example, will people have patience to stick with Anderson if Cucurella CS/scores, because Anderson higher projected total by GW12..

I’ve cooled somewhat on Kudus as read few negative bits on Spurs generally, and can’t see Solanke uncertainty will help his productivity.

Amad being overlooked as playing WB. In possession, he’ll be RW.

Rice feels safe. Multiple routes. Playing as 8 (?)

If plays out as current noise - Wissa to NEW, Ouattara to BRE, pretty comfortable with Thiago being main man early. With pens at £6m, that’s plenty for me.

Have £0.5m in bank/£1m if downgrading Sels to Kelleher. If downgrading, likely Van de Ven to Williams as want NFO DEF.

Under a cloud with the betting allegations and seem to remember was quite heavily linked to Man City. Love him as a player, less so as an FPL player, but in current draft.

Wondered this myself, hoping for £5m but suspect will be £5.5m.

As a slight aside, what are your thoughts on Paqueta as an FPL pick? Have him in my current draft. He’s on pens and free-kicks (but not corners), playing further forward? Or have I got that wrong?

Nah appreciate the feedback. And for what it’s worth I agree. I’m a bit 3-4-3 loyal but not seeing the value, bar Thiago if Wissa goes, in £6m and under ATT, so leaning 3-5-2 with decent 5th.

The £0.5m in bank doesn’t help with 3rd ATT so it’ll likely go into defence.

I’m pretty indifferent to the £5.5m options. If I was downgrading price wise it would likely be for KDH or Sarr.

What would you do with the free £0.5-£1.5m if did swap out Paqueta?

Rationale for Paqueta is seems to be playing more advanced, on pens and free-kicks (I believe) and like fixtures.

Saw West Ham vs Bournemouth and thought they were poor, though.
