Partly selfish - my own purchase still not registered and it's been 20 months. But then I think about how this builds up in aggregate across indicators. And the fact that housing targets have a house price component...

I hear there are very significant delays at land registry with registering transactions. Do any housing boffins know if this also effects ONS house price stats based on land registry data? We're talking 18+ months to register a sale...a material issue given standard method @resi-analyst.bsky.social?
