My 2.5/5-star Backloggd review of Marvel's Spider-Man 2: "Maybe it's my biases talking, but Kraven and Venom/the Symbiotes should have switched runtime allotments. Kraven cannot carry the majority of a 25-hour campaign, I'm sorry. Also I started on Spectacular difficulty and god this game has the exact kind of hard mode parameters I hate. It's a godsend you can alter each facet, but I just ended up going down to Friendly because I got so bored of the combat after the 1/3rd mark. Incredibly strong finale though, really did just veer hard into being as much of a Web of Shadows love letter as the format would allow (god I need to play Web of Shadows). but yeah idk, I'm really not sure if I'll hop on Spidey 3 unless they really overhaul the combat, I'm getting so tired of these types of games lol. Definitely gonna grab a potential Venom spinoff day one though, hope it still happens."
