The people of Rójio are nothing if not innovative as they’re given the bare bones to survive they make do with what they have. Often, the citizens end up so successful in trades they taught themselves that they are ‘bought’ by the outside world to generate more income for the rich.

The desert city of Rójio is smack in the middle of a completely barren continent in the deepest and most isolated part of the ocean. The continent has several armed guard towers and a near constant barricade of ships and submarines patrolling to prevent the inhabitants from escaping.

Tabitha is an interesting form of “intense hybrid” technically, they have Four (4) arms. The ‘wings’ that protrude from his shoulder blades, like bat wings, are modified arms with a darker coloration in the skin and thicker, darker hairs.

Tabitha is a part bat, part bitch, full unequivocal force of nature and asshole. She lives in the desert city of Rójio, a prison for the unwanted of his world. Criminals, the disabled, “unsightly persons” are all brought and dumped here to rot. There is no escape.
