I am so pleased with my overly distracting desk lightning.

I've learned so much on this project. I just burnt a 15 amp fuse.... It's soldered to the board. Oh boy. One more project for tomorrow. Almost, almost, almost done.

Do people want to hear about LED light setups here? I've been working on 3D printing diffusers and wiring up a few hundred LEDs all over my desk.

I'm looking at new keyboards and mice. I think the generational gap is that Zoomers want mice that weigh less than a handful of sand and keyboards that don't have half the keys. I just want my ten keys, wireless, hot swappable, and rgb because I'm a ridiculous nutjob.

Grip and A/V question. I've been doing over/under wrapping for 20 years for cabling. A DP recently told me that I should never do that because it puts tension on the cables and when you run them out it causes knots.

I've always thought and experienced the exact opposite. Who is correct?

I had a dream about working at a dispensary. A coworker was selling an alcohol and marijuana joint. I asked how that works and they offered to let me smoke. I said, "No, I've been sober for two years." (True in real life)

I followed a bunch of art starter packs. I am jump scared with cgi porn on Bluesky ever since. I unfollow and yikes when more appears. I'm really just interested in 8 bit or 16 bit art that looks like it belongs in a video game or psychedelic art that looks like it belongs under a black light.

Thanks, that makes sense. I do similar math a lot for finding scale multiplier numbers for 3d printing if I need a print without a known scale to fit something I can measure. The fact it was volumes and not lengths was making me have a hard time. That dilution math is extremely helpful.

27 divided by 12.8 is correct. 2.11 is the amount of insecticide in 27 oz. 12.8 multiplied by 10 obviously gives 128 oz. Ok team, grandpa is satisfied
