Landlords in Spokane have lost the plot. So many overpriced apartments that are offering 1 or 2 months free because they’re apparently desperate for tenants. Anything other than actually lowering our overly inflated rent prices I guess.

One of my time killers is to look up house price histories on Zillow. There are dozens and dozens of houses in Spokane going for 300-400k that were around 100k in 2019. It's ominous how many landlords now ask for 2.5x or even 2x rent these days ...
