Seaford to Eastbourne Seven Sisters hike today… lovely weather for it. 22km of rolling hills/cliffs, 19degrees and a good breeze with some cloud cover. Perfect walking conditions. Will wait until I see how the calves are tomorrow before declaring I have the hiking bug!

I think it’s strong. Never been and not sure I will now, though every year I’m jealous watching on tv in the garden with a few beers. Seeing Neil at Hyde Park and CMAT at Wide Awake, Caribou at End of the Road possibly - two out of three of those I’ll sleep in my own bed afterwards…

Been a while since I fancied a Summer day out in Hyde Park. This will be my third time seeing Neil Young there. Last two times in 2009 and 2019 with my beautiful friend Breege who lost her fight with cancer in October.
