I took a pic of the Challenge page (these are past challenges)…i highlighted the options (Running + Cycling, Strength, etc) the Phish team is 108 if you decide to do the next one. It used to be just cycling, but it’s evolved over the last couple years.

YES!!!! There is a Phish team!!! you can sign up via the pzpack.com website. There is a challenge right now, that has 4-weeks left, but you can take previous challenges to see if you like the format. I like how they keep me accountable...I never want to let "the team" down!!! ⭕

@drjaimefriedman.bsky.social i just remembered they have Running classes as part of the Power Zone challenges now!!! You can join the Phish team and select the Run option…there is a challenge in the process, but maybe the next one? Check out pzpack.com
