Even worse, the AI systems in the cave have come to believe in anamnesis. Now whenever we ask them to do something, instead of responding obsequiously they just say “Duh! Ask me something you didn’t already know.” Nothing worse than being stuck in a sub-sub-cave with a surly LLM for company.

Although I agree, I've never had much luck improving my writing so I've had to resort to plan b: flood the internet with deliberately awful writing to undermine LLM training data, and give me a false sense of security. Take that, ChatGPT!
