YIKES. This bypassed a bunch of Gmail security measures to appear in my inbox with a verified checkmark and everything. I immediately logged in to my PayPal (via typing the address, not clicking anything!) and confirmed there were no such alerts of any kind. BE SO CAREFUL!

I hate these confirmation hearings so much. They're all pure theater, grandstanding, and insincere pledges. And everyone is 100% aware of and complicit in this, so what's the point at all? I feel like the original purpose, a (public) legit job interview, isn't happening anywhere in the process.

I think I didn't realize there's a character limit on bluesky. That's not a point in its favor to pull me away from FB :(
