I married a wonderful man who treats my kids as his own. I've been in therapy since I left. I'm still unpacking all the ick I lived in for 40 years even after being free for this long.

Passed the kidney stone at 1 this morning. Now to wait for my referral to the urologist to happen.

Everyone in this country should get to have this type of Healthcare. No one should worry about going to the ER because of money.

Ended up in the ER today with a 3 mm kidney stone. Had a CT scan. Didn't have to worry about how much this was going to cost or getting a bill. I'm privileged. I'm married to a retired army dude and can utilize the hospital on post.

Last month was shitty. But I've made a major change and have peace in my home once again.

Making hard choices is never fun but sometimes they are necessary to be able to keep your sanity somewhat in check.
