No slow start at our office! We have more new clients than normal, and existing clients chomping at the bit to file.

1960's adoptee here. One of the stories in this book was a lady I met in an adoption support group. She guided me thru the process to get my records opened in 2001. I had a positive reunion. The book gave me a lot of insight in what my birth mom went thru. I highly recommend!

Came close to that. Agent with Collections (transfer #1) disconnected our call and said "call back when I could read the taxpayers name correctly". (I was) Called Collections # back, then they transferred me to "special collections". So 2 calls, 4 agents, 3 POA faxes= $195 abated. Waste of time.
