One of my adult realizations was that it's actually pretty difficult to find a good climbing tree. We had a purple maple outside our house. I went there to have a good time. I went there to hide and cry. It was a silent monolith in my life that I never fully appreciated until I grew up.

Well, a co-worker told me that she bought my new book and her granddaughter swiped and read it in a couple days. Apparently, she absolutely loved it and wants to have her friends borrow it!
