A novel long non-coding RNA from NBL2 pericentromeric macrosatellite forms a perinucleolar aggregate structure in colon cancer Abstract. Primate-specific NBL2 macrosatellite is hypomethylated in several types of tumors, yet the consequences of this DNA hypomethylation remain unknow

Congratulations! I wanted to mention that there has been previous research on SST1/NBL2 prior T2T that might be relevant. For example, their localization to the short arms of acrocentric chromosomes and transcription upon hypomethylation (doi.org/10.1093/nar/gky263), along with some earlier work.
