I want the angriest autistic people to form an independent political party based solely on solving very popular, non-political issues. Just like 2 people in congress hyper focused on solving extremely common regulation problems that they know the answer to in excruciating detail.

This is very high on my list of "not politically charged stuff I want somebody to run for office on"

Forming a new independent party focused solely on solving non-political but highly popular issues would be extremely funny.

I hear sooooo many moms wishing they could have another kid, but financially they just can't. Childcare costs, medical expenses, and home sizes seem to be the recurring reason.

The parents that want more kids should have the means, then we can leave the childless or single kid families alone lol

If you're like me, pregnancy was a fucking nightmare. Some love it, but I've met a lot more reluctantly admiring they hated it.

Not everyone wants to dedicate so much of their life (and youth!) to childbirth. Some people do, and the answer to me seems to be make it a more viable path for them

If you're going to have a large family, you're basically going to dedicate 3-8 years to pregnancy, birthing, recovering, and raising babies. Bottles, breastfeeding, pumping, diapers, doctors visits, physical/pelvic floor therapy, sleepless nights-- it's a full-time job. It's all consuming.

Listened to a long schpiel about the birth rate crisis, and most of it was good and thoughtful, but one factor that was just left out of the conversation:
Pregnancy and giving birth suck ass, and require a lot of recovery.

Any of my fellow anxiety disorder sufferers have any recs for stopping a panic attack? Like a med that doesn't have a risk of dependence.

I take low dose prozac, and that helps, but every now and then get a high anxiety spell. Not long enough to up dosage tho.
