It turns out that the project manager for the thing I was working on is insisting on using AI.

I loathed it and she all but fired me which means I am screwed for May until I get something else lined up.

Their platform's revenue model is ad driven.

If the users get replaced with AI driven bots, that ad revenue will go away, as advertisers will no longer trust that it's being shown to real people.

Which will, in effect, kill the platform faster.
