Republicans Are Transferring the Cost of Schools to Those Who Can't Afford It. And Here's Charts to Prove It. Public schools are the bedrocks of our communities.

Republicans have been systematically strangling public education, and transferring the cost of our public schools to those who can’t afford it. Read more about how in the latest edition of my substack, β€œOpen Mike”: open.substack.com/pub/repbare/...

Politics have no place in personal healthcare decisions. We must preserve reproductive healthcare in our state and support our providers as they navigate Trump’s attempt at a back door abortion ban.

The politics of remote work and Wisconsin state employees Republicans in the Wisconsin Legislature are pushing for big changes to how – or more importantly β€” where state employees work. 'We want to get the most out of our ...

Remote work policies have become a success for our state government. The $386 million cost of preparing our buildings for the return of so many workers is only outdone by the cost of losing countless, talented state employees that will result from this bill. Hear more about my stance below.

Assembly passes bills to restrict remote work, flags and funding for immigrant health services β€’ Wisconsin Examiner Assembly Minority Leader Greta Neubauer said Republicans’ agenda was an example of β€œprioritizing culture wars” over β€œdoing what's right.”

Remote work policies have become a success for Wisconsin. A bill like AB 39 with a one-size-fits-all return to work policy will not make our state government better.
