Overly restrictive diets may cause overwhelming thoughts about food that interfere with daily life. Rather than dieting, focus on consuming a balanced diet where all foods are acceptable in moderation.

I’ve been too depressed to work out for the last month (I love to workout). Tonight I went to a dance fitness class. Endorphins are a great thing, and by the end I felt more like myself. Remember to take care of yourself. Take a break. Feel joy. Someone check to make sure I can still walk tomorrow.

Any thoughts or insights on how non-government RD’s might be affected by these geniuses? Will we still be regarded as nutrition experts, or will be ousted in favor of supplements or whatever snake oil they’re profiting from? I just figure there has to be a trickle down effect eventually…

You would think so. My theory on this is that he can’t ditch EM because EM has significant evidence against him in terms of his campaign and election. Otherwise he’d already be gone.

Same. Sometimes there isn’t a better option. Costco has pushed back on DEI. I don’t think Kroger has rolled theirs back. I order directly from the manufacturer when possible and support local businesses when possible. I got Amelia’s valentines dress from an independent boutique instead of Target.

I’ve been making a real effort to avoid companies like this as well as Amazon. I’ve been shopping at a lot of independent clothing boutiques for the kids, or independent artists on Etsy. Makes me feel good giving my money to small businesses rather than corporations.

I have had the same thought. I’m also starting a collection of banned books for them.

Is there a plan to fight the power grab? Project 2025 is rolling in like a freight train…
