God, is such a STRONG premise and first episode, I wonder why I dropped it, I remember they tried to introduce a power system way too late into the story and kinda lost their edge with that, like, the mysticism was quantifiable.

You are running for your life in a dungeon, and you have to cross a door with a staff, and this happens.

Wands are better than staffs.

Staffs look cool until you have to hide, to carry more than two things in your hands, they are clunky and unpractical.

Wands are elegant, simple, can be stored in your pocket or a cool holster, just point and boom, fireball.
