๐ fantastic!
06.11.2025 18:30 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Megadeth, Rust in Peace came up on my 1001 album generator. I listened to it whilst replying to emails and it made me really focused. This has surprised me.
07.10.2025 14:47 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0This is one of the best podcast interviews I've ever been a part of. Andy's done an amazing job. If you're interested in what my PhD is about, or thinking about new models for audience engagement, this is probably the single best place to start...
30.09.2025 08:57 โ ๐ 3 ๐ 1 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0I never walk out of movies part way through, but very nearly did from motion nausea. Would definitely recommend seeing on a smaller big screen and sitting as far back as possible (if you get motion sick). It was really gripping. I think it was good. I tend to really like Greengrass films.
30.09.2025 10:34 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Saw #TheLostBus on a screen that was way too big for the movie. There is no let-up to the Paul Greengrass shaky cam, which adds to the urgent intensity. But on the x plus screen at
@showcasecinemasuk.bsky.social (the only option), a lot of it was an unwatchable messy blur.
Whoa, what a day. I have so much respect for the Euro players and everything theyโve put up with this weekend. Unbelievable resilience under pressure. Itโs bad enough being watched teeing off by the group behind. I canโt imagine! US nearly pulled it off. Well done all (except some US fans) #rydercup
28.09.2025 22:07 โ ๐ 2 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Thatโs true! And then speak with even more precision with his shot
27.09.2025 19:31 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Can you do that? Itโs insufferable!
27.09.2025 19:19 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Love the Ryder Cup but finding this one a particular challenge to watch/listen to. It would be nice to have coverage that removes audience noise.
27.09.2025 19:14 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 2 ๐ 0I had a blast putting my conversation with @solobasssteve.bsky.social together. Among other things, we explore the problem with Rick Rubin's notion that "the audience comes last", and the impact of collective uninterrogated nostalgia on modern music making the-haven.co/audience-com...
27.09.2025 07:18 โ ๐ 2 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 3Ok, while Iโm here. Might as well.
09.09.2025 17:14 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0I did
09.09.2025 16:46 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0I might have just wondered into the oldest pub in the world, quite by chance.
09.09.2025 15:43 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Still beaming from my chat with @solobasssteve.bsky.social yesterday. We discussed using relational spaces around music/art to keep making/growing in meaningful/sustainable ways. I was recording it (with his consent). And I will share it on the podcast very soon (with his permission).
05.09.2025 08:28 โ ๐ 3 ๐ 1 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0My running shorts split beyond repair this morning. I was a bit irritated but then realised Iโve been wearing them (not constantly) for 13 years. Theyโve done pretty well really.
19.07.2025 17:59 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0While the article does mention issues concerning the piggy backing on the movement started by a poem, it is also very dismissive of very important questions that are yet to be answered. Mel Robbins has done well to ignore and silence the truth (aka โher criticsโ) youtu.be/qQ_xip3l1io?...
19.07.2025 16:20 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 1 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Absolutely! Absolutely gripping.
21.03.2025 21:42 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Severance didnโt disappoint in the slightest. Unbelievably good. It exists in the same realm as Twin Peaks and The Prisoner for me. Doing something daring, interesting, and mysterious. No pandering ๐ผ
21.03.2025 21:32 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Yeah, heโs a cracker!
03.02.2025 20:19 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0My first time with that album. Stewart Copelandโs drumming is out of this world! Such a joy to listen to.
03.02.2025 20:04 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Iโve got it on now - working to it. Not really my thing either. I am a bigger fan of trumpets than saxamaphones. Will check out todayโs when I finish!
03.02.2025 10:50 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0I'm still listening. It's a long album!
03.02.2025 10:46 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Haha yeah, 30 albums a month might be a little much! Iโve wanted to listen to new (to me) stuff too.
02.02.2025 15:02 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Yeah, I have listened to a bit of DE but not for a while! Good dinner prep music. There have been a lot of new ones for me including BB and THC! Itโs been nice and horizon broadening!
02.02.2025 14:39 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 2 ๐ 0Yes, thatโs the one!

02.02.2025 13:48 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Iโve been loving it! So useful to have albums delivered without needing to think about it. Re: IN9 - absolutely! We will record our reaction right after but leave publishing until the run ends!
02.02.2025 13:03 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0I think Iโve got my head around a cover version of Lilac Wine. Itโs such a beautiful song. Nina Simoneโs version has really brought it to life for me. Thanks to the 1001 Albums Generator!
02.02.2025 12:53 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0I've been on quite a ride this week with the 1001 Album Generator. Motรถrhead, Bruce Springsteen, Doves, k.d. Lang, Kate Bush, The Prodigy, and The Kinks.
31.01.2025 11:31 โ ๐ 2 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0I came up with a cryptic clue while journaling this morning.
Beefy gripped by a long drink (one word, 5 letters).
