i was kinda hopin to see 100T tomorrow since i didn't go today but...

Everytime I read even a little bit of new it's like:
- everything you didn't even know about is getting slightly worse
- things you may have known about are getting significantly worse

I have a childhood/young adulthood that was largely propped up by youtubers and videogames.

and even if I haven't been keeping 100% up with Travis or with any of these other people that I've been watching videos from for 4, 5, 8, 10 years, it's gonna be saddening to continue watching people go

I'm saddened about Travis going in the same way that like, MatPat stopped making videos directly on Game Theory, and the same way that Starcraft 2 stopped being supported by Blizzard because none of main devs were left at the company, and etc etc etc

insane to me that it actually saddens me enough that @travisgafford.bsky.social is stopping lolesports coverage for a time that I don't want to watch the goodbye Hotline League

the current way society is is that people my age (~25 and under) unironically have staples of content from youtube

I still stand with the idea that, without more ✨mainstream✨ devices, Linux distros will prob be doomed to the niche, but still a great read on elementary

(also since it specifically has issues with the speaker in some instances, having a specific version that works with a specific hardware feels like it'd work better)

Ok but for real this time I don't expect to do well at all at BCS Houston.

Travel fatigue is a real thing. I don't think I'll ever plan all weekends of a month out of home ever again.

Next weekend after Thanksgiving I'm basically just gonna collapse at home or do karaoke at the bars.

It feels like it's an on average losing play, but also RSL feels so close. One slightly better day and I could get a world's invite with it.

God knows I've grinded it so much that trying to bring anything else to a regional this year feels like inting.

It's almost depressing how much time I've spent trying to optimize different Revue Starlight piles instead of, I dunno, a more top meta deck?

It's difficult to reconcile that I want to win but I also want to play RSL too much, as opposed to last year when I just grinded TSK.

If there's a general idea for a Revue deck, I have likely played it at least 10 times at this point. (god i wish choice/shot was real)

TLDR: having an active improvement mindset instead of relying on "inspiration" probably will lead to improved writing skill over time. Shocking

I don't even doubt that I heavily sucked at writing when I started, whatever last minute word vomit came out the first few articles probably still sucks.

But now, at least I know a few more things than when I started, since I was trying to learn the whole time.
