The sheep dogs were a total hit! Everyone wanted to be in the doggy photo...

We were delighted to be able to show ten New Scots the beautiful Lowlands. We even got to see sheep dogs in action! Many thanks to Julie Hill for her great demo.

The last session this term... About 30 learners enjoyed the snacks, chats, and lessons. The new term starts on 1st May, at 2.30.

Such a talented photographer. Some of our learners have been doing photo courses, and we hope to show their work!

Our litter picking session in Wester Hailes was brilliant! It's a great way to help the environment and meet people.

The Outside In artwork crafted by Moussa Alnana from self portraits created by participants in the 2023 community event is now available. Small panels in different sizes; something for everyone!

Lessons are enlivened by BBC videos and the learners can take worksheets and easy readers home to continue studying.

Many students are fasting, so we're concentrating on the lesson. Some are also homeless, and we make sure they know about The Social Bite cafe!

So grateful to The Sisters of St Joseph of Peace for funds: we can now acquire some reconditioned laptops from The Turing Trust for asylum seekers.
