And I don't think Roddy will but I'll be cheering for him either way after that promo.

Some of the best stuff comes out of those NJPW promos. Roderick's promo made me excited for his matches with how much it moved me.
Sometimes you gotta do something out your comfort zone and those promos are great for that.

Was not expecting Roderick's C2 promo to be the one that moved me the most. I don't think he's winning but I'll be cheering for you all the same after that one.

Feel like we gotta get a Dalton & Outrunners trios run. Though the current booking makes me unsure if it's gonna be ROH or AEW titles.

The C2 is my favourite AEW event by Ks and miles.
But if you can't enjoy MxM, Outrunners, and Dalton then maybe you don't know graps like you think you do. Cause I've been waiting for that match.

I get that. It's hard to explain it well but it's the way he does that, that seems to irk me. Like he seems to hate kay fabe.
Not trying to take anything away from people that like Eddie either.

Take the latest promo. To me it feels like he was buring the locker room and the wrestling industry when he says stuff like "I'm not trying to get a character over," "I don't act," "Don't become a wrestler," or back when he used to be on commentary he'd refuse to say the names of signature moves.

I know this won't go down well with most AEW fans but I don't get the appeal of Eddie Kingston. Not saying he's bad, I just don't get it. Particularly the promos.
For a guy who professes to love wrestling more than anything, he shit talks it and other wrestler's styles an awful lot.

Loved the Fletcher v Okada match. The parallels they made to each other and showing respect for using those same cheap tricks. This match will be one of those you recommend when people want to familiarise themselves with Fletcher.

OC deserves better than being permanently tied to the International Title.

The way I see the upcoming match cards are people sharing it to point out how many Women's matches/segments are planned.
AEW fans watch over that division like a hawk.

I definitely think they'll run back the Samoa Joe v Hangman v Swerve match at Revolution because that, to me, is the best in-ring way to highlight where Serve and Hangman are both at character-wise.
(And if we do a side adventure with Swerve/Hanger as tag champs, I wouldn't say no)

Forgot about this detail. I remember people being confused about why Hook was even in that 4way cause there was no way he was winning a title shot. Even if some of those guys changed opinions post-match (people were saying Hook "did well despite the odd finish"), it played into that perception well.

Realistically these aren't the kind of people you want in any fandom, least of all in Wrestling where the success of wrestlers depends on their type of popularity they got.

Thinking back to Full Gear and how I was immediately upset Hangman lost his title only to be immediately excited for the Hangman and Swerve team up.
It really all depends on what the plan is going forward to if I'll accept Hanger's loss. (Honestly would love to see them get the Tag Titles.)

Worst is probably World's End '23. Had to look at the card to make sure. Only match I really enjoyed was the TNT title match. Couple stinker matches on that one like Andrade v Miro and a couple okay matches.

The PAC promo on Dynamite before the PPV basically outright said what the story would be.

Wish they made it a text crawl along the bottom instead. I don't care if the post is good or interesting, they don't need to take up so much screen real estate.

It was a pretty easy to follow storyline, not sure what was difficult about it for you.

I'm sure there'd be some ring rust. But he honestly doesn't need to be. Take it easily work it into a story. Maybe have some soul searching, to get back to being the limitless one.
As much as I like Keith Lee, I do want to see some range from the guy.

After that latest media scrum, I'm inclined to agree. It seems like tk's booking philosophy, is centred around belts. So hopefully after this pape Mercedes goes back to defending the TBS, and then we'll have the tag and world belts getting us more women's matches.

The Continental Classic is my favorite event in AEW so I would love to see Keith Lee in it but also what a comeback it would be.

I don't want to see the TV and world titles on the same person, but having the titles clash is still fun. Depending on how it goes, it elevates the talent involved.
Like everybody looked more favourably at Fletcher after the Hangman match. And like you said it'll be the inverse with Mercedes v Stat
