The aurora borealis in greens, yellows, and pinks (and maybe even a little purple) lights up the night sky and reflects off of the surface of a lake. The Big Dipper is in the top right corner. There’s a tower with red lights on the right hand side and some grasses on the foreground on the right.

30yo woman seriously injured by a falling tree branch in #Toronto. The woman was walking a child around 3:40PM on St Clair Ave W near Yonge when a large branch fell and struck her. She was taken to the hospital without vital signs. The child is uninjured.

With storms rapidly popping up in S ON, it is important to remember the difference between a Tornado Watch and Warning, just in case we do see some activity today.

Since these storms will likely be fast moving, take some time now to secure loose outdoor objects like blue bins. If the storms approach, make sure children and pets are indoors.
