Someone in the forums suggested all their support is done by AI. With the experience I just had, a support agent giving me the same exact reply two different times, I think it's possible. Though I would expect AI would do a better job...

Sadly that's just *one* issue with it. Their support sucks, so much I stopped reporting issues/bugs for years.

OTOH, I've used it for 10 years and know how it works...and it mostly does work. But there's enough annoyances to make me wish there was something better out there.

When you invite a new user into an organization (business) they have to click the "accept invite" button in the email. But when they do, there's no way to register or set a password. It goes to the regular login screen.

Sure, try the "Forgot password?" link.

I've used Xero for 10 years. I'm frustrated as hell that it has so much potential, and yet has so much just plain STUPID.

The support ticket timestamps don't even include the year.

But here's the thing. I didn't have a chance to even READ the texts until today. Did you really think the minute a text comes in from you people are going to immediately read it and whip out their credit card?

Anyone else ever have a client that you want to ask them, in an exasperated tone, "You DO have a PERSONAL checking account and PERSONAL credit cards, RIGHT???"
