*2X scaling for Macs is 5K at 27", 6K at 32" (which, unsurprisingly, is the resolutions that the Apple 27" Studio Display and 32" Pro Display XDR are)

Again, at 4K, not the biggest problem and you'll get used to it, but something to be aware of (unfortunately, there's a very limited selection of 5K options).

One final caveat - if you're a Mac user, 4K is not a "native" scalable resolution, so text will look soft compared to the integer-scaled resolutions on a Mac display, or a 5K display. If you want to have the "best" sharpness and things to look at a 1440 size, you need 5K:
